DESCRIPTION
This condo is truly a hidden gem. The main level has one of a kind marble flooring with a gourmet eat-in kitchen with Custom cabinetry and Granite countertops. The main level includes a Throne chair room with displays of exquisite collectibles and exclusive royal decor. Upon entry to the oversized living area the soaring ceilings and natural light passages will grab your attention. The cozy gas log fireplace lavishly decorated with an assortment of flowers was designed perfectly for this aesthetic. The ornate custom carved wood-iron railings which lead to all levels will also snag your attention. The upper level boasts a loft area equipped for meetings and office space. Last but not least, enjoy the safari-like patio deck full of plants, an intricate yet elegant wicker chair and a plush pallet sofa.

RULES
- Must provide the names of all guests that will be in your party prior to booking. All guests will be required to provide photo ID when entering. The name on the reservation must match the name on the photo ID. No unregistered guests will be permitted.
- No smoking inside residence. Smoking outside is ok but away from the property and all cig waste must be properly disposed of in a trash bin. Also wash hands/use hand sanitizer upon re-entry.
- No candles, incense or air fresheners are allowed
- Do not help yourself to any cabinets, drawers or closed doors. If you need anything let us know, we will be happy to accommodate you.
- Do not rearrange or move any furniture, pictures or fixtures without discussing with host first. Items can only be moved by the host upon request.
- The use of the kitchen appliances can be negotiated prior to booking if you plan to use a caterer.
- No smoke machines allowed
- No staples, tacks, nails or anything that may leave holes in the walls will be allowed. If it can not be hung using Scotch tape, do not bring it.
- No confetti, glitter or guns
- No pets allowed
- All Trash should be placed in the bins provided.
- Your rental should start and conclude at your scheduled booking time. Setup, clean up, and breakdown of equipment should be considered within this time. Any additional time you will be charged in 30 minute intervals 1.5x the hourly rate displayed.
